Bright, modern and comfortable, the Le Ghiaie apartment overlooks the sea through the large terrace equipped with table and chairs to allow you to enjoy all your meals outdoors with a splendid view of the sea in front of the Le Ghiaie beach. The interior extends over 110m2, and allows the stay of up to 8 people, so it is the ideal choice for a family, or for two families who want to spend a pleasant holiday in Portoferraio together. The house consists of two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen and two bathrooms. Each room has its own ceiling ventilation although the large windows in each room allow the sea breeze to enter and make your stay pleasant. The kitchen has a complete supply of every utensil and equipment to be able to easily cook for all the guests of the apartment. Every comfort and ease, in preparing quick lunches or elaborate and succulent dinners, is provided by the present equipment of electric oven, microwave oven and hob, to be able to preserve your food a brand new and efficient no frost refrigerator with freezer, there is no lack of espresso coffee machine with pods, or, for traditionalists, the inevitable moka. The two bathrooms, each located adjacent to each double bedroom, are both equipped with a sink, bidet and shower with sliding door. In all this we have a private parking space reserved for guests in front of the entrance to the apartment.
