We stayed in a super location with the family in Portoferraio. The apartment is fully equipped and is exactly as described. The days couldn't have started better during breakfast with a beautiful sea view from the balcony. The beach is 1 minute walk. Also a nice playground for the kids. A quiet place, but close to the nice restaurants of the port of Portoferraio. From the boat it is a 10 minute walk to the apartment. Good base for a week's holiday on Elba.

Perfect location. Reserved parking space, 100m (maybe less) from Le Ghiaie beach, 10 minutes from La Padulella beach and a little more from Capo Bianco beach. We always moved around on foot, all services are close by, even the centre. Having a 13 month old baby it was perfect. Huge apartment, equipped and above all clean. We used the terrace with an incredible sea view for both lunch and dinner. Vote 10

Emiliano was a very kind host, very helpful, very clear in providing all the information. Regular tourist rental contract (a more unique than rare case!) The house fully complies with the description provided on the site. Very large house (we stayed there comfortably as two families with 4 children), large and super livable spaces, clean and equipped with everything you need. Located exactly in front of the Ghiaie beach, very convenient for days when you don't feel like moving the car as the beach under the house is truly a jewel. Outdoor shower and laundry room are a plus. The house has only one parking space available (with a challenging uphill road, but you get the hang of it!!!) but there is a large free car park just a short distance away. Very positive experience!!

We stayed a week in this wonderful apartment. Spacious, bright and with a splendid sea view. Le Ghiaie beach below the house and therefore reachable on foot. Strategic position also to see other beautiful beaches such as Padulella, Capo Bianco etc. Very kind and helpful host.
